Coal Tar and Asphalt Emulsion Pavement Sealers are tough, durable, modified flexible coatings which protect asphalt pavement from oxidation, as well as water, salt, and chemical penetration and is fuel resistant, adding years to pavement service life.

Many years of research have confirmed that crack treatments are the most cost-effective method of pavement preservation. Other methods of preservation are effective, but only one is the most cost-effective, “crack sealing”.

We can re-stripe old lines, or lay out lines for new construction by the blueprint. We do fire lanes, handicap spaces, cross walks, curbs, arrows etc. We even know how to do personalized signs for managers or designated parking areas.

All flexible pavements require patching at some time during their service life. Since patching materials are one of the larger material costs a high quality patch is one of the most cost effective means of utilizing available resources.
